WARRANTY & PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All Really Right Stuff products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. The product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Please enclose a detailed description of the issue(s) with your Return Authorization number and your contact information. If purchased from a third-party retailer or distributor, please include Proof of Purchase including the purchase date. We will contact you with a repair estimate once your item has been inspected -- simple repairs that don't fall under your 5-year warranty usually start around $40-60, but a repair estimate will be given, and your approval is required before the service is done. Cleaning service is available for tripods and heads, starting at $65 and $75 respectively.
If your repair is under warranty, we will generally service it and return it to you without contacting you, unless you specifically request otherwise. We will cover shipping to return an item on most warranty repairs, but exceptions may arise.
Turnaround time is generally within 1-2 weeks, not including return shipping time. If expedited service is required, please speak with a member of our customer service team.
