TRACKING SHIPMENTS
An automated email with the package tracking details is sent as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking details are provided by Really Right Stuff, and updated by the carrier.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Really Right Stuff processes orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day*, provided that all items in the order are in stock at the time the order is placed.
Please note that any changes made to the order may extend processing time.
*In some cases, particularly first-time orders, Really Right Stuff may need additional time to process your order, due to fraud-prevention practices.
DELIVERY BY FEDEX®
Really Right Stuff offers free ground shipping through FedEx® for orders within the United States that are over $100.
Really Right Stuff uses FedEx® as their default shipping option.
If you need to place an order through a different shipping provider, please contact our customer service department before placing your order:
PHONE: 385-248-0777 or toll-free US & Canada: 888-777-5557 EMAIL: support@reallyrightstuff.com
If your package is shipped via FedEx®, visit the FedEx® website for tracking and delivery details. For any additional information about delivery, please visit FedEx.com.
FedEx® offers multiple shipping options; delivery times vary depending on processing time in customs in the destination country and shipping carrier in the destination country. Note that FedEx® is not always the best carrier in the destination country. Some countries contract deliveries with private companies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Really Right Stuff ships all orders from our headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Any package shipping outside of the United States is considered an international package. International packages ship via FedEx®, and via US Postal Service (USPS) upon request. Shipping via other couriers is not available. Shipping cost estimates obtained on our website are real-time estimates based on your shipping address and the package weight*. Please provide a complete postal code to obtain the most accurate shipping cost estimate.
*In rare cases, Really Right Stuff may contact you directly to pay customs and VAT taxes for your order. This is most common for orders to Canada and the Netherlands.
Ship costs include carriage and insurance only; the customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs. Please include your VAT ID number (when available) to support import clearance. After your package ships, you will receive an email that includes the shipping method and package tracking number. Agents may or may not charge a clearance fee for handling the customs procedures.
Really Right Stuff reserves the right to hold any order for confirmation. In rare cases, we may request additional information to confirm the card number, cardholder, and billing address.
DELIVERY BY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
If your package shipped via U.S. Postal Service, visit the USPS website. All delivery times are estimates; there are no delivery guarantees for packages shipped via the Postal Service. Domestic packages are typically scanned at each USPS Sort Facility. International packages are scanned when they leave the United States. No additional scans or details are available until the package reaches the Customs office in the destination country. When the package is processed by Customs, the tracking will be updated. Though you could continue to monitor the tracking from the USPS website, international customers will often obtain more accurate tracking details by tracking the package from the website of your home country's postal service.
SHIPMENTS TO THE UK
DUE TO CHANGES IN VAT/DUTIES LAW, WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE UK FOR ORDERS UNDER $150.
If you are ordering goods online for your own personal use, you may have to pay Customs Duty and/or Import VAT on top of the Really Right Stuff purchase price and shipping cost. This is imposed by the local government, regardless of shipping methods.
We have no involvement in the assessment or processing of these fees. Paying for them is handled between the buyer, the shipping provider (i.e. FedEx®), and the local government, in accordance with local laws, rules, and regulations.
You can learn more about Customs Duty, Excise Duty, and Import VAT from the HM Revenue & Customs website.
Note that agents may or may not charge a clearance fee for handling the customs procedures.
Further information regarding duty and VAT rates can be obtained from the UK National Advice Service by calling (+0 845) 010-9000 (International +44 2920 501 261).
Customers have informed Really Right Stuff in the past about Parcelforce holding packages without notification, delayed delivery without reason, and packages being returned to RRS for failure to pay taxes even though the customer has not been notified.
If you choose delivery by Priority or Express Mail: Once your package is released from UK Customs, it is handled by Parcelforce (Royal Mail contracts with Parcelforce to handle all Express packages). We urge you to track your package closely at the US Postal Service website. As soon as tracking details indicate that the package has been released from UK Customs, then you should track your package directly at the Parcelforce website, http://www.parcelforce.com/.
The parcel will go to your local depot, where the appropriate charges described above will be calculated. Parcelforce will also levy a clearance fee and add that to the customs charges. As soon as the parcel is shown as "Awaiting payment of charges" you may or may not be able to phone the local Parcelforce depot (they may then accept credit card payment and immediately release the package for delivery). However, some customers report that they must wait for Parcelforce to mail them a letter giving them a new 17-digit code that they can use to pay the customs charges.
CANADA
Brokerage/Bond Fees:All deliveries incur a handling fee of approximately $10. This fee may be listed as either a brokerage fee, a bond fee, a handling fee, or a clearance fee.
Sales Tax: The carrier will collect the sales tax. Depending upon your province, you will pay either HST or PST+GST.
Duty: No duty is due since all Really Right Stuff products are made in the United States.
AUSTRALIA
Australian import regulations indicate that items imported into Australia with a value less than $1000 are not subject to duty and tax. Regulations are subject to change and Really Right Stuff is not responsible for providing current import regulations.
