Why can't I login, or see my account history?

With the launch of our new website, there are a few changes to customer accounts that we want to bring to your attention.


When visiting our new website, customers will need to create a brand new account during the checkout process. This is because we have updated our website platform to better serve you, our valued customers. We understand that creating a new account may cause some inconvenience, but rest assured that the process is quick and easy. By creating a new account, you will have access to new features and benefits that were not available on our previous platform. 


Transaction History

Due to the upgrade of our website platform, account history will only be available from June 1st, 2023 and moving forward. If you require a complete transaction history, such as for insurance purposes, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to provide it for you.
